AIA Capital Advisors Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Jersey for the purpose of acting as advisors to the AIA Capital Club ICC.
The objective of the Club is to serve as an offshore co-investment platform in which a Member can access European real estate opportunities and invest through a secure, transparent and efficient structure. As part of this, a Member will be entitled to receive exclusive real estate opportunities, and ultimately given the ability to invest in the selected opportunity.
